The MI-00-605 is a general-purpose rigid friction material designed for industrial applications requiring stable friction performance, good wear resistance and reliable behaviour under standard to medium-duty operating conditions. Its formulation is based on phenolic resins with an NBR bonding system and short fibres, providing a non-metallic composition with consistent performance and low aggressiveness on mating surfaces. This makes it particularly suitable for brakes and clutches used in industrial machinery, material handling systems, lifting equipment and general-purpose applications where operational continuity and durability are required. The material ensures smooth and stable braking behaviour, good thermal resistance and reduced wear even under repeated cycles.
