MI 00 312

The MI-00-312 is a rigid composite friction material designed for industrial applications requiring stable friction performance, good wear resistance and reliable behaviour under standard and light-to-medium duty conditions. Its formulation, based on phenolic resins with an NBR bonding system and short fibres, results in a non-metallic material with consistent and uniform behaviour even during repeated operating cycles.

MI-00-312 provides a stable coefficient of friction, ensuring smooth and controlled braking performance that improves system safety and precision. It is particularly suitable for brakes and clutches used in industrial machinery, material handling systems, small lifting equipment, gear motors and general-purpose applications where reliability, continuity of operation and low noise are required.
