MI 00 305

The MI-00-305 is a rigid composite friction material designed for industrial applications requiring stable friction performance, good wear resistance and reliable behaviour under standard and light-to-medium duty conditions. Its formulation, based on phenolic resins with an NBR bonding system and short fibres, results in a non-metallic material with consistent operation and low performance variation over time.

MI-00-305 is particularly suitable for brakes and clutches used in industrial machinery, material handling systems, small lifting equipment, gear motors and general-purpose applications where operational continuity, low noise and reliability are required. Its stable coefficient of friction ensures smooth and controlled braking performance, improving safety and system precision even under repeated cycling.

The material also provides good thermal resistance up to medium-high temperatures and decent wear resistance, helping to reduce maintenance needs and extend component service life.
